How does the free trial work?
Sign up and choose any plan to start a 7-day free trial with full access. No credit card required. At the end of your trial, add a payment method to continue.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade at any time from your billing settings. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards through Stripe. Your payment information is securely handled by Stripe and never touches our servers.
Can I cancel anytime?
Absolutely. No contracts, no cancellation fees. You can cancel from your billing settings and your account will remain active until the end of your billing period.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your data stays safe. We don't delete your data when you cancel. If you resubscribe, everything will be exactly where you left it.
Do you charge for client portal access?
No. Your clients access the portal for free using a unique link. No login or account required for them.
How do additional team member seats work?
Each plan includes a set number of team members (3 for Starter, 10 for Pro). Need more? Add additional seats for $15/month per user from your billing settings.
