How does the free trial work?

Sign up and choose any plan to start a 7-day free trial with full access. No credit card required. At the end of your trial, add a payment method to continue.

Can I switch plans later?

Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade at any time from your billing settings. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

What is the difference between Starter and Pro?

Starter is built for solo contractors and tradesmen who mainly need to send estimates, send invoices, e-sign, and get paid — for under $40. Pro adds the full platform: project management, the client portal, scheduling & calendar, lead pipeline (CRM), change orders, selections, reporting, expense tracking, and QuickBooks & Google Calendar sync, for when your business grows. You can start on Starter and upgrade in place — no data migration.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards through Stripe. Your payment information is securely handled by Stripe and never touches our servers.

Can I cancel anytime?

Absolutely. No contracts, no cancellation fees. You can cancel from your billing settings and your account will remain active until the end of your billing period.

What happens to my data if I cancel?

Your data stays safe. We don't delete your data when you cancel. If you resubscribe, everything will be exactly where you left it.

How do additional team member seats work?

Each plan includes a set number of team members (2 for Starter, 10 for Pro). Need more? Add additional seats for $15/month per user from your billing settings.
